Your recipe of the month March 2009 . . .

Chipotle Caesar Dressing

Juice of two lemons
1 egg
6 anchovy filets
1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp chopped canned chipotle peppers
2 cloves garlic
S& P
1 cup olive oil
( croutons and parmesan cheese to garnish if desired)

Puree all ingredients in blender except olive oil.  Slowly drizzle oil in while blender is running. Adjust “heat” and s&p to taste.
