Cranberry Chutney

We use this chutney to accompany our charcuterie sampler and it will also be great with your holiday ham or turkey.

6 oz fresh or frozen cranberries
2 oz raisins
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a heavy bottom sauce pan and cook over low heat until the cranberries are cooked through and falling apart.
